A most enjoyable video - always interesting to see how others approach the topic, and a great source of ideas.
Some seriously UL kit there @Dave V - do yourself a favour and ditch that monster camera so that you can get the benefit!

Still catching up on all the great info on the forums and saw this video - which is great. @Dave V are you aware that there is a much smaller Smidge available? I like it since it fits in a hip belt pocket so can be used quickly when the midges find you.
Thanks folks for another good weekend. Definitely enough wind to 'blow away the cobwebs.'
I'm sure the others will post photos of our adventures for those who couldn't make it (including mole in a hole...!)
Thanks all for another splendid weekend ... full of everything the weather could throw at us.
Looking forward to seeing pictures from those with devices that work in the cold, sleet, etc,.
The only downside to the weekend ...... I managed to lose my buffalo mitt stopping for coffee on the way home!!!!
@Jmws that is some serious tent porn thanks!
As promised, Mole in a hole.
Cameraman was excited?!?
Great weekend folks, lovely to see you all.
You might be pleased to hear I had a proper meal when I got back making up from lettuce and grated cheese 'ploughmans'.
Looking forward to the next meet
Fun weekend despite wind and a sprinkling of tummy troubles. Thanks all. Special mention to Gadget for the driving me; and Neeps for telling us about the amazing Cave.
Some pics here:
Few walk pics:
Looked like a windy but enjoyable weekend for all... gutted I could not make yet another
Loving the cave and the pitch looks good.
Who takes lettuce on a wild camp?
Ha that would be an excellent thing to carry out. No, it was a pub at the end, the Ploughmans was grated cheese rather than a block of it. All delicious though.
What else would I wrap my cheeseburger sliders in?
Besides they're lightweight, I took midget gems.
Cheers for a great weekend lads. Always a pleasure
Really gutted I missed this one since I'm a local!
4 month old baby and stressed SO have made it impossible though.
Hopefully I can make the next one!
