I made a post earlier about a quilt maker in Europe that did not answer mails and had long delays. [Short recap from earlier post] I sent him a second mail asking about my order, and again no replies. So I send a mail from another mail asking about hammock gear and I get an answer within a day. So I send my third mail asking why the quilt is delayed and if he can not give me a delivery date I need to get a refund so I can have a quilt ready for my upcoming hike. So now he answers that he has been sick for weeks and he is backed up and no info on my quilt or if it will be ready in time. So I demand a refund. No response. I wait a few days and send him a new mail with my payment info and ask again for a refund. Again, no response. So now I have to go via paypal and hope this refund issue will be resolved. Tip: Don't place orders with Bespoke Ultralight if you are not willing to wait 5+ months for a quilt, or ever getting one at all. PS: I put an order in for a quilt at Gramexpert with a custom zipper and I told them I was in a little bit of a hurry to get a quilt ready for next month and they custom made it (full zipper) and sent it out in less then 6 hours!
