If you are a donating member you are able to upload your photos directly to a thread, by using the "Upload a File" button at the foot of the message window, you can upload to the forum rather than having to use a 3rd party hosting site. Once the file has uploaded you can choose whether to just attach a thumbnail or the full image. Images are restricted to 800x800px or 40000kb.

Another option is to use a 3rd party hosting site such as Photobucket, Flickr, tinypic, Google Cloud etc. This can save you the trouble of having to upload again, it also allows you to display your photos in larger formats in threads than the 600x600 restriction on trek-lite.

I'll show two examples of how to insert images into threads, one using Photobucket and another with Flickr, if anyone would like to do something similar for other sites I can add this in later.

Inserting Photos Into Threads Using Photobucket

    1. Navigate to the photo you want within your albums
    2. Copy the IMG code and paste this text straight into your thread

    3. Check the photo has linked correctly by pressing the Preview button at the foot of your message
    4. Another option is to click on the Image Button within your message and then copy the Direct link from Photobucket into the URL pop-up
