Mountain Forecast - Now requires payment or App

Mmm. I've never tried it - do people find it reliable? I tend to rely on MWIS. I particularly like the way a descriptive forecast such as MWIS can make it clear when things are particularly uncertain.

Edit - might start to use mountain-forecast.com more regularly now that the met office have dropped summit wind speed forecasts

Edit2 - I note that summit wind speeds have re-appeared on the Met Office old style forecast!
If you notice tho they have padlocks on 2 days ahead, so you can plan too far forward.

Their app is pretty decent even for the free version.

So they do. Yet they still give a forecast. Or are the padlocks for an hour by hour breakdown?

Either way, think that I'll stick with the met office.
