MYOG Monk tarp clone. Caution; it's a bit bright.

I knocked this 3.3x 1.5m 1.1oz Silnylon tarp up yesterday and had a play rigging after the panel pull patches had set after sticking on with silicone sealant.



Paid homage to the colour by making the panel pulls look like oranges.



Luxe Tyvek bug shelter fits in ok with room at the ends for kit.



I struggle with getting the tie-outs looking neat on my industrial machine.





My 2.4m 200g PU coated tarp works well as an addition to cope with bad weather.




The orange is quite nice to spend time under, reminds me of camping in happy coloured old Vangos.

Specs;
4yd 1.1 Oz Silnylon
3.3m long by 1.5 wide
12 perimeter tie-outs with Line-Locs on Polyester tape and 2 panel pulls glued on.
375g with all the 2mm lines the line locs need.
Gutterman Tera 60 thread.
Oxford 300 denier reinforcement patches.

This tarp might just be visible through the midges mate. No kit list yet, too busy trying to do everything for the trip. It's all a bit mental ATM.
