In your android... Click the picture/postcard icon above (circled in orange)
When you tap on the url box... Your keypad on the phone should show a gif option... Click that and then search for the gif you want.
Hit that and it will put it in the box...
Hit enter and your done

No worky for me... but thanks for helping...
I'm on a laptop, but uploading any gif url using the image tab works fine for me.
