It does.
I was tempted by an Olive one.
But the XMid outer is similar weight, much the same footprint, also 2 doors, but loads more elbow room.
Do you think that 2 doors is a good idea? If I was having one I'd be tempted to ask them to make one with one door.

Also does anyone know what the situation is with import duty and VAT for Ukraine? I think they may have favoured trading status with the EU but that could be another one of the half truths I have bouncing around my head.

I like having 2 doors on our Tarptents and the XMid. Especially in better weather when I leave them open.
I probably won't get one as I have too many shelters as it is. And the next one should be a proper 2 person tent really. (Not a mid or trek pole tent)

Just wish these teepee's didn't come with size 3 zips. I certainly wouldn't want two doors with them on. Do beefier zips actually add that much more weight?

Phil what prompts me to say this, is that I had a #3 zip pull apart very easily on my gatewood, far to easily in my opinion. I've had it replaced with #5 zip now and much less flimsy. I'm not sure if original was ykk or not? Perhaps someone else on here can reassure that #3 zip is perfectly fine and that mine may have broke through a mix of user error and a poor quality #3 zip?

Presumably #5 is stronger than #3, is that right?

Zippers are sized with a number designation (e.g. #5, #10). These numbers are based on the approximate width of the zipper teeth in millimeters when the zipper is closed. So a #5 zipper’s teeth measure approximately 5mm across, a #10 zipper’s teeth measure approximately 10mm across, and so on.

Thanks @Lempo 3mm doesn't sound very strong.

For info, just measured the width of our Tarptents zips ( across the teeth closed) with a pair of slide calipers.:sorry::geek:

To the nearest ½ mm:
Scarp n Stratospire 2 exactly 5mm
Moment DW and Notch 4mm
XMid 7mm

All ykk

I think zip stress depends on the tent design too, and whether there's a way of relieving it.
