Looks nice, pallante bottom pocket and interesting to see the top strap buckle moved to top of back panel rather than above the front mesh pocket. The x PAC looks cool in black.

I agree; why us VX21 then put mesh over it?The stretchy pocket on the bottom of the Prospector is just plain daft.
But since there is a hip belt, why not put the pockets there where they'll be much less vulnerable to abrasion?Perhaps because there are no hip belt pockets? I find a palante pocket useful on my beltless packs.
