Another day chiselled folks, great start & looking forward to seeing how you all progress when it does become challanging.
My 1st real challenge is day 5. Shift patterns have left me with the choice to lay in and try and get my 5 done post shift... which then effects sleep as I chase my tail...
or...
get up after 5hrs, like I have, hang about till midnight, get it done, then into work without being late... get through my shift and try and get my sleep & Excercise times as consistent as possible for the working week.
My daily starts and finish times are staggered and I've always struggled having any real consistency of work/play...
I've just got to work harder at them both. easier said than done for me....
Just got to stay salty & keep Chisellin....
