I seem to randomly get the following message sometimes when I try and log in
"Cookies are required to log in to this site. You will not be able to log in until they are accepted."
Granted I'm not the most technical and knowledge with it comes to computers but I don't seem to do anything different whenever I try and log in, sometimes its OK sometimes not. I often just have to launch a new incognito window and that seems to work for a bit then will get a similar message.
Whats the best way accept cookies/ stop this re-occuring? (I did google this and I followed the instructions but it didn't seem to work - i'm using a different laptop to send this)
    All the best

What device, OS and browser are you getting the issues with Neil?

    The laptop is okay?

Might be a http/https issue. Chrome has started rejecting things on https sites that come from an unsecured site. In the address bar next to you should see a padlock. If you see an 'i' in a circle it means there's a problem, click on the 'i' and you'll get a popup giving you more info.

Possibly. Just a guess after something similar happened to me on another site.

Thanks Bob, seems to be Ok at the moment (padlock present) but will note and try next time I have any more issues

I clicked on a link from an email this morning to renew my subscription and received the cookie warning on the page that required me to log in. However, when I open a new window and go to trek-lite home page it shows that I'm already logged in so the cookie seems to be doing it's stuff. I don't allow third party cookies but that shouldn't be affecting this as far as I know. I've just had this issue today, macOS Catalina on a MacBook Pro 2016.
