Decent Punch Pliers preferably multi diameter

I'm looking for some hole punch Pliers that will do a decent job making a titanium foil flissure cone. The main hole I need to punch is just a small one on the end of each flissure joint. I'm not too concerned about the air vents, the last time I made one I scored long(er) vents with a Stanley knife which snapped out and tidied nicely with sandpaper. The 8mm punch I bought failed drastically.

Will something like this be any good?

Or any recommendations?

I've never had any luck with revolving punch pliers. For small holes, I've got some good, sturdy 3mm single hole punch pliers which I picked up in a craft shop. They work very well with Ti and have a nice, long reach.

I use one of these - www.its.co.uk/pd/AK9821-Metal-Punch-14-Piece-Set
The largest hole x2, then cut/score to make a slot = about the same size as those on the TD cones.
Still A fiddle faddle and after a few cones the Ti has blunted the cutting edge.

Cheers all, I was hoping for something around £2.99

I could order the pair @Balagan suggests at that price and maybe the 6mm version for creating the slot vents (like Cathy suggests)

For the cones I've made recently I've used similar to the 3mm @Balagan mentioned above.

Now I'm happy with the design and flow I may grab a wider punch and make the next one allot tidier. Not having the holes level does not sit well with my OCD

I use those Balagan linked to. For me too, they make a nice clean hole in Ti foil.

The 3mm pliers @Balagan suggested are excellent, snap cleanly through without bending the foil at all.

Anyone now know any decent 8mm pliers?

I wish there was the same thing in 8mm. The only 8mm ones I have found were utter crap and died very rapidly (twice).
