I picked up a pair of 2nd hand PHD Minimus booties a couple of years ago for a bargain, tbh they're too warm to wear unless it's well into the minuses. I've worn them on my winter hammocking trips to the Cairngorms and they've been really good.

Too numb to walk about in on their own but they work well in my Neos Navigators.

Most of the year I just pack my Heat Holders

Matt's got some As Tucas which look very similar

I have 2 sets. Helsport synthetic booties and Rab expedition down. The rab are epically warm but they are two piece with a strap on sole. Guess what happens when you walk in snow - yup, goes between the two parts and melts into the down. As a hammock bootie i think they would work well as there is a huge amount of loft with the soles removed. The helsport ones are most excellent. did me lovely in Estonia down to -15

+1 for the Helsport booties these have seen me right down to -15 too, and pack reasonably light and small.

I like the North face booties, they come with a rubber sole. My current users are a pair of MEC Hut booties-synthetic with CCF soles but it's never cold enough for UK use for me.

Like Shewie, I prefer a pair of heat holders and just don the crocs.

I made a pair of Tyvek down booties a few years ago from disposable Tyvek overshoes, just stitched round the top sandwiching the down between the 2 layers. Worked quite well.
