What's everyone thinking? Is it a clone with bad down? Or is it a complete bargain ?

Hi. I've heard that buying fake down products is quite dangerous. Many of those factories don't follow the hygiene standards in the manufacturing process and it may contain bird feces or other infectious materials in the filling. I wouldn't recomend the purchase, but if you do buy it, make sure to wash it thoroughly as it arrives.

Fair enough. I won't buy it. I was just wondering why I had never heard of these jackets before. That sounds pretty bad TBH. I'd prefer to buy something with a bit more guarantee.

Truth be told, i'm all in for cutting cheap in stuff, or making my gear, but i think down, footwear and waterproof garments may be better in hands of professionals.

Sleeves look too narrow especially at the upper arm area - I doubt it would fit anyone of a 'regular' shape.

yeh it probably is a badly thought out product with unethically sourced down.
