I have a Marmot Limelight and last time we went camping in the wet, we did get some water inside the tent even with a footprint. It was quite rainy and the ground was muddy, puddly lawn at a campsite. The tent is a 3p tent, so it has a seam on the floor and it looks like the seam tape is coming off. Marmot seem to have lifetime warranty. This is from their European website:

Manufacturing and material faults are covered by the (lifetime) warranty. The term ‘materials’ includes fabrics, buckles / fasteners and zippers. The term ‘manufacturing’ includes seams, seam taping and the material’s coating or finish.

Does this look like it's maybe not waterproof anymore?

If it's starting to peel I'd contact them. That looks like it is to me.

After couple of emails, Marmot UK (which is based in Lake District) got back to me and asked me to send the inner for inspection. Sounds like they'll honour the warranty. Just dropped it off.

I had to return a pair of faulty Marmot troos to their base in Carnforth. I had excellent service.

It's a bit annoying timing, as my partner currently lives in Grange and I've visited her couple of times, should've take the inner with me earlier and dropped it off on the way.
