Wow. I skinned a dozen in one go a couple of years ago . That was enough for me. I find that pheasant has enough flavour whatever! Anyhow, to not derail the thread, a couple of pics from work yesterday . Big oak 'steeper' on the current hedge renovation. (One of many). Went down a treat - with the help of a digger to lower it. (not hills, out on sunday, hopefully a little snow again).
