Recommendations for sleeping bag based on the following
    Lightweight as poss
    Packs small
    Summer use
    Single nights weekend use
    Bike packing / hiking
    Use in a bivvy
    Height 5 10
    Weight 18 stone
    Price up to £150
    Used or new

Given your height/weight ratio, have you considered a quilt?
Also, with a £150 price limit, you may have to compromise on the 'lightweight as poss' criterion.
Whether you use it for single nights or for weeks on end, you're asking it to do the same job.
Assuming your summer use is in the hill country of the UK, you should imo be looking for a comfort rating not far short of 0degC, and be prepared to supplement it with extra clothing.
A lot depends on what you plan to have underneath you too.
I can't comment on used items, but if you're buying new for <£150 you may need to consider a man-made filling instead of down (which is lighter). AliExpress may be worth a punt if you're set on down at that price level.
This is a little over your price limit, but could be your 'Rolls-Royce' option:

Again over £150 and I'm not sure how well it'd fit but I have the 150 and it works for me.

These might be worth a look, customisablewhich might help

These are good value, can be used as quilts or bags. Got my wife a medium in the sale. Medium just fits me at 5'10" 13st I suspect the large might not have the width.

There's a link to a recommendation on the last line.
That's a great budget recommendation from @Enzo to consider as an AliExpress option.

If you don't fancy ordering on AliExpress some Aegismax stuff is on Amazon. I've not seen the quality and there is a ? over welfare of animals where the down comes from but they are cheap and lightweight.

The following suggestions are 3 season rather than summer but I have a Thermarest Questar bag which is lovely quality and can be picked up for around £190. Their Vela quilt might also be worth considering and again if you shop around you can find them for around £185. Both have Nikwax treated hyrdrophobic down.
