Love that shelter !Not a new shelter, but the Yama Mountain Gear Swiftline 2 is briefly available to order again, though you'll need a forwarding service to ship it outside the U.S.
Interesting, think Zpacks upped there game, my Plexamid is spot on unlike the TT Aeon I’d seen reviewed at the time https://imgur.com/a/MYNvSSaAnd quality....yet to see...
The DCF Tarptents I have are very well made, far more so than the MLD and ZPacks stuff I've either used (or spent time around)
ive heard they're *****, poor build quality . cheap for a reasonAre any of you folks in the UK familiar with the new DD Hammocks pyramid shelters available on ultralightoutdoorgear.com's website? Sounds too good to be true, 446 gms and $98 US. Just says the material is a "superlight" nylon with a 3000 mm HH. Innernets are also available. Roomy for one with dimensions 265 cm X 250 cm X 120 cm.

I seem to remember a recent post in which @Mole was rather negative about DD's quality. Are any of you folks in the UK familiar with the new DD Hammocks pyramid shelters available on ultralightoutdoorgear.com's website? Sounds worse than poor quaiity. With the pyramids I've heard about couple or 3 years ago, users had the fabric/stitching actually rip on first or second use. Maybe newer ones are better.
they're great fun with kids, I was just saying to my 4yr old last night shall we camp next weekend in the gdn with the fire tentThere seems to be a crop of hot tents this year, 3f have one, looks good . Plus Asta gear and onetigris.
Perhaps not for the typical treklite trip, but for those of us who camp with our families also could be a nice addition.
3f is 4.2 wide by 2.1-2.3m high, 1.9kg in 40d sil and £175
i see. Well this review has to be the best in this case...https://backpackers.com/outdoor-gear/zpacks/tents/duplex-tent/zpacks-duplex-review
