I have lost the toolbar features in the reply box. Happened a week or so ago.
Opera on Android.

To upload photos I can still use the "attach files" button.

The toolbar icons are faded now not available to use:

It looks as if you've tapped that magnifying glass in front of a clip board symbol at the top right. Try tapping it again.

For me at the moment, toggling that just affects the text I'm editing, not the toolbar features.

It does for me too on Chrome/Android.

Maybe it's some Opera update that conflicts with the Xenforo software. Or vice versa.

New phone - same model as before - and I get constant login requests (with stay logged in ticked) - pretty annoying. Any ideas?

What is, should, could or might be happening, if anything, regarding the Online Safety Act, which comes into force this coming Monday, 17th March?

I am wondering about this. Don't really have a full idea of what the legislation is doing but it doesn't look great for small, independent sites.

I don't think it will have much impact here, maybe one or two usual culprits will have to wash out their potty mouths but we don't really have the kind of content that is being targeted, unless I've misunderstood the gist of it.

The risk that's being talked about on some other sites is that someone, either maliciously (eg someone who's been booted off the forum in the past for good reason) or just because they're a spammer, spams the site with porn, either in the form of images or URLs. The likelihood is small but the potential fines are huge and some mods aren't willing to take the risk. But maybe there isn't really a risk? No one actually seems to understand the legislation and most of the panic seems to have been generated by one rather niche forum (London Fixed Gear and Single Speed, and no I'm not on it) announcing it would have to close down. I'm really hoping someone here can prove this is unnecessary!
