Atom+ to replace my arc-blast as my main "big" pack. My old arc-blast is getting a bit tatty and zpacks current model is too big and no longer slim at the bottom ...
The jury is out if atom can match the comfort of arcblasts but a test load with 11kg (the max I'm prepared to carry after a big resupply or with extra water) was promising. Now I just need to get out on a proper 1-2 week hike for a real test.... Sadly it won't be that soon

30 2nd hand, it's the older one without the chest pocket, but does stuff into the lower chest vent.

Another one of these.... For when my other dies.... Very comfortable and trail efficient. Wipes the floor with my old UD pack.

Is that a hydration vest holding 25l of water? If so possibly a little excessive for our climate.

It can hold lager as well.

Harveys 1:40k British mountain map map of the central Lakes area. So far I quite like the way it looks compared with OS. And more importantly it covers an area that would otherwise need two or more OS maps

MLD bug bivi (early model) probably paid over the top, but I was happy to pay it in the haze lol.
Scarpa tech ascent gtx boots size 12, probably too big, but I've been after a pair for 3 years and shouldn't have a problem moving them on if needed as they look trebor :wacky:

There's probably 30+ L with the additional pockets on the sides and front.
The main body is described as 25L
Raidlight themselves have them on sale at the moment.

could be a lifesaver if your tent/hiking/flag pole ever snaps and you need to indulge in a spot of emergency arc welding

Oh, and a Rab continuum jacket that I can't decide if I should keep or not.
@neeps, how are you finding yours?

Never seen one like it. Is it a rain coat? What's it weigh? I don't mind the look and at that price- Va Va Voom!
  23. Lempo

    Lempo Section Hiker

Yes. It's not the lightest. I got the 3X for around 400g. I waited for a few weeks while the price gradually dropped. Here's the link: https://www.amazon.com/Columbia-Outdry-Hybrid-Jacket/dp/B07SCSMMZW

Thanks very much. Wonder if it might drop about 50 -60 (or more?) for an L? Are you expecting to use it for sustained rain?

In November it was $48 and just recently it was around $60... this add-on is super useful for Amazon:

I don't know the use case for it yet, I just know that my current TNF Ventura is a sauna even with pit zips open etc, so I give this a go now, and why not at the price.
