Another evernew pot (500)

Still waiting for the strat Li and the walking pole adapters to come back into stock and that should do me for a while, although the montbell superior down hoody has become a temptation.

You might want to check out Treadlightgear (AKA @paul on this forum), whose items appear to have been copied by Wild Sky*.

This site is like an arm of AliExpress at times, the clone champions of the world. Just about everything ever made is a copy of something somewhere.

There's certainly plenty room in the uk, indeed europe for two? DCF sellers, as a customer I'd like there to be a few more tbh

Have heard the quality of wild sky stuff is a bit poor!!

I've had a dozen or more bits from them since they started, never been a problem with any of it

Looking forward to hear your experiences, as I like the TT DCF tents.

Think there's a few folk on here got one, some might even have been able to use it :D

The orzo blognes, mushroom risotto and the Dahl.

The only one we weren't keen on was the posh pork n beany one. Too sweet n sickly.

Not tried the beef stew yet.

yeah, I was disappointed with the posh pork n beans, only one I’ve had.

hopefully my Real Turmat pulled pork and rice doesn’t taste like McD’s barbecue sauce. I like dipping my fries in it but a whole meal?..that’s something else

F.K.A tarptent
I bought a DD Superlight XL Tarp (2.9m x 4.5m (9 foot 6 inches by 14 foot six inches). And a DD Magic Carpet XL as the groundsheet. The Tarp weighs 665g including the pouch, excuding the pegs and guy lines. The Magic Carpet weighs 244g including the pouch. Together they cost £111.50. I have been looking for some even lighter compression sacks than my two Trekmate ones. The 6 Litre Trekmates ultralight compression sack (which is orange) is 47g and the 8 Litre one (which is light blue) is 58g...They both have drawcords for closing the the actual sack before compression.
Then I stumbled upon some Aesy compression sacks that are waterproof, floatable, but also breathable. Unlike the Trekmates sacks, they fold completely flat and have a much simpler roll top design with only two compression straps.
They come in three sizes...5 Litre, 8 Litre and 11 Litre and they also come in a variety of colour options, including several that are perfect for wild camping, like woodland camo, olive green and real tree camo, so I decided to buy two of their 8 Litre sacks, one in woodland camo and the other in olive green.
I have to say I am extremely impressed with them...So much so I have ordered another three.
Each 8 Litre sack only weighs 44g, 3g lighter than the 6 Litre Trekmate sack!
And they are inexpensive too...£5.99 for the 5 Litre, £6.99 for the 8 Litre and £7.99 for the 11 Litre. They are only available on Amazon UK, as far as I know.
I also bought a Lixada version of the Esbit ST11.5Ti ultralight Titanium solid fuel stove...It looks very similar but it is not a direct copy as it has more Titanium area to it...It weighs 14g, but I plan to drill holes in it here and there to save a few grams, which may make it lighter then the Esbit...It was £6.99, about half the price of the Esbit.
I also bought a lighter pillow...I realised my reliable and comfortable Klymit Pillow X Recon was looking quite heavy compared to more modern options (It weighs 78g, inc. the pouch) so I had a look for a lighter option...Ended up buying the Marmot Strato ultralight inflatable pillow, in a light green colour called Ceranto...It only weighs 40g! It is currently £26.99 at Ultralight Outdoor Gear, but I got it for just £19.50, a saving of £7.95, on wiggle.co.uk.
I also bought a two types of the infamous gas canister refill adapters...One for joining threaded top canisters together, which has a valve to control the flow, and the other is to allow the bottle shaped canisters, which have no thread on the top, to be used as the donor canister (£6.50 the pair).

Trail Blazer
Well it started as a look for a new hi-viz running shirt, but ended up with my first buy of Goretex waterproof jacket since 2006 when I went over to Paramo. Mountain Equipment Verbier which seem to be widely on sale and hopefully good for a light summer 'mostly in the rucksack' jacket. Lockdown internet loafing is not good...
