My Xero TerraFlex (https://xeroshoes.co.uk/xero-shoes-terraflex.html) in US M12, about a UK 11.5, arrived yesterday and I went for a short walk in them today. They feel very good - not as much cushioning as the Altra King MT but still quite enough, and good and wide in the forefoot. The 4mm lugs have a good grip on soft ground and aren't as obtrusive as the 6mm lugs on the Altras.

I shall go for a longer outing tomorrow and will report back.

I have the Topo Athletic Terraventure and love them. Good alternative to the Altras and Sawcony with also wide toebox. The thread is really agressive and great in mud, wet grass and icy snow.

Not widely, I have only seen them in online retailers and ebay. I got them in a USA trip sorry.

How is the foam midsoles in them? I had 2 pairs of runventures and they're great shoes but the midsoles compressed really quickly. Great for every day use and day hikes but not multi day stuff.

They are not the most cushioned. I love the minimal feel and on multi day walks on dirt or grass they are really confy but on multi day walks on scree they can be a quite pain.

Just got my Xero TerraFlexs. Thought the US 11 would fit my UK 10.5 feet given the wide toe box, but needed the US 12 for a comfortable fit. Nice & comfy. Look good for dry trails. Will be interesting to see how they cope when wet. Not as minimalist as Xero sandles, even without the insole. But I think they will give plenty of feedback and feel very stable.
