I use Ron Hill Tracksters, 192 grams once you've cut off the annoying stirrup straps. They double up as a spare pair of walking trousers

I also have a pair of Tracksters, well mine are Bikesters but I don't think there's really any difference. I've never tried sleeping in them but I was just thinking "the lightest thing to sleep in is something you'll also wear when awake". Though lightest might not necessarily be most practical. By the way, if you cut the straps off don't you get equally annoying fraying stubs?

Depends how you cut them off, I've had no issues

Those have the 'water resistant finish'. Though they also claim to be breathable, I'd have guessed they must be more breathable – and thus more comfortable to sleep in – without the water resistance. Perhaps not a big deal though.
