I’m with Mole regarding the little Mammut pillows, i am sure these was designed to stay within the hood of the sleeping bag but as a side sleeper I’m guaranteed the dam things going missing partly through the night and ruin a nights sleep searching for it!
I have been trying a basic but good size pillow from https://www.decathlon.co.uk/air-basic-pillow-id_8055369.html
For a while now I turn my micro fleece inside out and place the pillow inside for a comfy feel.

Both ours lasted just a few weeks worth of actual use before the fabric became non-airtight. Not a leak, full porosity.

I suspect poor quality Pu coating not tolerant of dampness from breath. Maybe make sure completely dry inside before storing for any length of time.

Or just buy the real deal.

Tried 5 (!) different inflatable pillows now, and decided that my insulation layer/waterproofs/whateverI'mnotwearinginbed inside an 8l drybag with buff pillowcase is still superior.

As a non-fidgety side/front sleeper I'm quite happy with my little Mammut pillow (42g and packs smaller than a pack of cards).

I find the slightly bouncy nature of an inflated pillow is a bit weird (foam too), but there's no way way I'm carrying a couple of full-sized feather pillows in my pack!
