Thank you everyone, appreciate everyone's posts and ideas. I think it's safe to say the transition to alcohol stoves is well underway and the addiction has started!

Good stuff Hope you like it. It'll probably not be your last alcohol stove! I'd never even tried one until i joined this site. Now i have a collection of them

Collected from the Post Office today, and as luck would have it the Toaks mug is the same diameter as my Ti french press I'm feeling very happy!!

The Stormin site is down so can't check there - can anyone explain the use of the pot support rods. Is it to use for twig burning mode? Don't plan on using it for that but pretty good backup in rare case of fuel loss.
